Ms. Mona El-saghir, member of the Executive Group of the European Broadcasting Union for Programs and Drama, gave a comprehensive explanation of the role of the European Broadcasting Union and the positive role of public service tv and the role of the Union in development. This was during a cultural celebration at the Opera House, organised by the National Council for Women, headed by Dr. Maya Morsi, and through the Foreign Relations Committee, headed by Her Excellency Ambassador Mona Omar
