Protecting Our Coastal Environment – An Inspiring Youth Initiative
on 29 August 2025 at la vista cascade north coast
As part of our commitment to environmental protection and preserving the beauty of Egypt’s coastline, a dedicated group of young leos Clubs members from District 352 Egypt organized an outstanding environmental initiative in Lavista Village, North Coast.
This meaningful volunteer initiative involved a comprehensive beach cleanup, removing plastic waste, cigarette butts, and other pollutants that harm our marine ecosystem. Through this productive collective effort, we emphasize the crucial role of youth in building a more sustainable future that preserves our natural environment.
These efforts reflect the growing environmental awareness among Egyptian youth and their belief in the necessity of collective action to protect our natural treasures for future generations. They also highlight the vital role that civil society organizations like Lions Club play in promoting a culture of environmental responsibility.
Together, we can make a difference – one beach, one community, and one generation at a time.
